Your Tasks

• Developing an ITIL-based operator concept for the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) in consultation with stakeholders

• Configuring and operating within the SAP BTP: Subaccounts and Directories

• Configuring and operating within the SAP BTP: Services and SaaS-Lösungen (e.g. SAP DM)

• Configuring and operating within the SAP BTP: Cloud Foundry-Runtime

• Configuring and operating within the SAP BTP: SAP Cloud ALM

• Conducting 2nd- / 3rd-Level Support for incidents and problem cases within the SAP BTP

• Consulting on steering and integrating identity and authorization concepts for SAP Cloud-Services (SAP Cloud Identity Service, Identity Provisioning) – in conjunction with Azure AD and One Identity

• Consulting on IT architecture and SAP basis

• Consulting on the integration of SAP BTP with On-Premise systems

• Technical consulting for the Clean-Core approach for backend systems by establishing suitable SAP BTP services (e.g. ATCCheck, RISE with SAP Methodology)

• Creating and maintaining operation, architecture, and security documentation

• Consulting on ensuring quality, stability, and economy

• Expert consulting for audit, review, and compliance checks in the SAP BTP environment

• Consulting on selecting, introducing, and using SAP BTP services (e.g. Integration Suite)

• Consulting on building and developing overarching governance and operation models

Must Requirements

• Minimum of two references on experience in creating operator concepts or playbooks for SAP applications in the context of corporations and large companies with more than 5,000 employees

• Minimum of 5 years of fundamental experience in provisioning and configuring Subaccounts, Directories, Services, SaaS-Lösungen, and Cloud Foundry in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or the predecessor product SAP Cloud Platform

• Minimum of two references on conceptual and practical experience in configuring the SAP Cloud Identity Service and integrating it into central IAM platforms like Azure AD, One Identity, or comparable solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in configuring or managing SAP BTP-based mobile and UX services, for example SAP Mobile Services or SAP Workzone

• German language skills at the level C2 (almost native-like knowledge)

Can Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting on governance of operator concepts and in regulated release, approval, and documentation processes in regulated SAP environments

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in configuring and operating SAP Cloud ALM in hybrid system landscapes consisting of cloud and On-Premise components

• Demonstrable understanding and application of standardized ITSM and ITIL processes in the release and operation environment through a certification as ITIL Foundation or Practitioner

• Minimum of two references on practical experience with DevOps tools like GitLab and Terraform in the SAP environment

Further Information

The place of performance is Frankfurt am Main. The service provision will generally be location-independent and remote, but must be performed from Germany. A willingness to presence on site for appointments and PI-plannings is assumed.
