You have worked (for years) in a consulting or auditing firm, in an M&A boutique, or in a private equity environment, and would like to continue doing so, but differently – e.g., without working on weekends and long days into the night? At the same time, you want to specialize instead of only getting to know different industries superficially? Then we should get to know each other…

Experience in the public transport industry? Not necessary…
You can also start with us without prior experience in the public transport industry – provided you are eager to learn from experienced auditors and consultants and are interested in the mobility of today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• After onboarding, depending on your previous experience, you will take over project responsibility for consulting and auditing assignments for our clients.

• You will work independently on issues such as:

• SPNV/ÖPNV-related special audits,

• Corporate planning and feasibility studies,

• Controlling concepts for transport companies,

• Separation accounts to fulfill state aid requirements or over-compensation audits.

• In a dynamic environment, you will build deep industry knowledge, develop new solutions for our clients together with your colleagues, and present your ideas at events and in the trade press.

• If interested, you will also work independently on audit and consulting assignments for clients in other industries

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have gained several years of professional experience in a consulting or auditing firm, an M&A boutique, or a private equity environment.
• Optionally, you are a certified public accountant (m/f/d) or an aspiring certified public accountant (m/f/d). We are also open to international certifications, such as CFA, CISA.
• You have sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and can use it purposefully for corporate planning and feasibility studies, among other things.
• You impress with an independent and self-reliant way of working and bring a willingness to perform, team spirit, service orientation, and a confident demeanor.
