(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) for IT Transformation

Tasks

• Planning, management, and implementation of IT-related transformation projects (e.g., AI strategy including governance & compliance, tool/process harmonization, change support)
• Analysis of processes, project landscapes, organizational structures, and tool setups – with a focus on efficiency, impact, and acceptance
• Development of transformation strategies, fields of action, and project portfolios together with clients
• Support and design of organizational changes, including communication concepts and change measures
• Conducting workshops, assessments, and decision presentations at management level
• Close collaboration with client teams and responsibility for the further development of Junior Consultants
• Continuous building and maintenance of client relationships on an equal footing
• Development of concepts and participation in pre-sales meetings

Qualification

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in consulting or operational management of IT-related transformation projects
• Practical experience in at least one of these fields:

1. IT Project Management (classic or hybrid)
2. AI implementation and consulting (functional or regarding governance, strategy, methodologies)
3. Change Management / Agile Transformation
4. Process Analysis / Tool Evaluation / Portfolio Review

• Sound knowledge in at least one project methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe etc.)
• You are methodologically proficient, but not a dogmatist – you think in terms of impact, not buzzwords
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and empathy in dealing with stakeholders
• Self-responsibility, willingness to travel (DACH region), and very good German as well as solid English skills
