Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to shape the digital transformation in the social security client environment with us. In this role, you will support our clients from the initial idea to successful implementation, analyze business processes, and develop functional and digital solutions for modern administrative and benefits processes. You will work closely with clients and partners and actively contribute your ideas to create sustainable improvements and achieve real added value.

Shaping the digital social security of tomorrow: You will support social security carriers and organizations in digitizing and modernizing their functional and administrative processes. You will guide our clients from the strategic idea to successful implementation and make an active contribution to the further development of modern administrative services.
Functional Consulting: You will analyze existing processes, identify optimization and harmonization potentials, and jointly develop sustainable solution approaches with clients. You will contribute your own ideas and actively shape digital transformation.
Understanding Requirements – Developing Solutions: You will capture, structure, and evaluate functional requirements from complex administrative and social security contexts. Based on regulatory, organizational, and functional specifications, you will develop practical concepts and support their implementation.
Collaboration at Eye Level: You will coordinate functional topics between clients, partner service providers, and internal teams, ensuring that different interests are successfully reconciled. You will act as a trusted point of contact for all project participants.
Project Management: You will take on project management tasks in digitization, transformation, and modernization projects. You will work closely with development teams and support the implementation of functional requirements into digital solutions. From planning and steering to implementation, you will keep an eye on deadlines, dependencies, and project results.
Workshops and Knowledge Transfer: You will plan, moderate, and document workshops, expert discussions, and coordination meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will represent functional topics in committees and working groups and support sustainable knowledge transfer.
Quality and Customer Success: Through structured consulting, goal-oriented project management, and partnership-based collaboration, you will support our clients in successfully implementing their transformation.

• Ability to present complex contexts clearly and understandably 
• Ability to reconcile different interests and develop viable solutions 
• Ability to independently develop practice-oriented functional solution proposals and evaluate complex requirements from regulated administrative and social security contexts 
• Willingness to collaborate closely with development teams as part of implementing functional requirements 
• Building sustainable customer relationships and professional networks
• Independent further development of functional and strategic topics
• Willingness to travel and to work on-site at clients and partner service providers 
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German 
  
  Desirable: 
• Good understanding of workflow systems 
• Project experience in the social security sector, with public clients, or comparable regulated organizations 
• Understanding of processes and structures in social security or public administration 
• Knowledge of ECM/DMS and ideally of FOM and OM 
• Experience in collaborating with associations, carrier organizations, or institutional stakeholders is advantageous
