As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Data & AI Strategy, you are at the core of this mission. You don't just deliver static presentations, but bridge the gap between technological possibilities and business requirements. In doing so, you will accompany our clients from focused short-term projects in the upper medium-sized business sector to multi-phase AI transformations in large corporations. In this role, you will take responsibility for cross-functional workstreams, drive data-driven decisions, and actively shape the digital future of our clients.

What Awaits You With Us:

• Client Consulting & Strategy: You will work closely with (international) clients, understand their business requirements, and translate them into data-driven recommendations that support strategic decisions and business transformation.
• Data & Analysis: You will collect, structure, and prepare data for analysis. Using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python, you will identify trends, patterns, and concrete recommendations for action, and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Implementation: You will take responsibility for project workstreams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery in line with overarching project goals. You will work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams from the areas of Consulting, Data, and Tech.
• Data & AI Solutions: You will support the development of data strategies, AI use cases, and business intelligence solutions, and contribute to governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration: You will contribute to a strong team culture by sharing your knowledge, staying up-to-date on digital trends and AI developments, and supporting the continuous development of the team.

What You Bring With You:

• Professional Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in management/data consulting or in a corresponding in-house function. Additionally, you bring proven successes in the areas of data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied AI/machine learning projects.
• Data & AI Understanding: You have a high affinity for data management and modern AI technologies. Concepts such as Generative AI, LLMs, or Predictive Analytics are familiar to you, and you are eager to bridge the gap between business requirements and AI implementation. Ideally, you already have experience in designing AI use cases or in data platform tracking.
• Business Orientation & Analytical Thinking: You combine strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset. You enjoy identifying business challenges and translating them into practical, AI and data-driven solutions.
• Technical Skills: You are proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint. Practical experience with statistical tools, BI software, or programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python for data exploration and preparation is a clear plus.
• Communication & Team Spirit: You communicate complex technical topics clearly and understandably in both German and English. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and value collaboration across different levels and functions (e.g., as a translator of requirements between business stakeholders and data scientists).
• Personality: You act proactively, are structured and solution-oriented, and are characterized by a strong customer and stakeholder orientation. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
• Language Skills: Very good German and English skills are a basic requirement. You will participate in client workshops, give presentations to high-level decision-makers, and write documents in both languages. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Work Permit: A valid work permit for Germany.
