Tasks

Your Tasks

Independent leadership and management of strategy projects for clients - from analysis to implementation

• Conducting market, competition, and potential analyses as a basis for informed management decisions
• Developing and elaborating growth strategies, business models, and market entry concepts
• Accompanying digital transformation processes and developing future-proof business models
• Supporting M&A projects and due diligence processes
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships at the decision-making level
• Participation in the further development of our consulting offers and internal methods
• Mentoring and professional guidance of junior colleagues and interns

Qualification

Your Profile

• Exceptional academic degree (Master or Diploma), ideally in economics, engineering, or a comparable field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a comparable strategic function
• Proven experience in independent project leadership and dealing with decision-makers at the C-level
• Outstanding analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented thinking
• High self-initiative, implementation strength, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Sovereign appearance and very good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking; good English language skills
• Travel readiness for project-related travel within Germany
