Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Banking and Finance

We accompany banks in the successful implementation of their projects.

As specialized consulting, we support banks in implementing professional and regulatory requirements. Our focus lies on structured project execution in the banking field – from conception to successful implementation.

In our projects, you will work closely with departments and IT together and take responsibility for progress, structure, and results.

Aufgaben

In our projects, you will take a central role in steering and implementing:

• Project responsibility assume: You work in agile projects at banks and steer independent Workstreams or sub-projects
• Project management shape: You plan, coordinate, and drive project activities structured forward – with focus on results and deadlines
• Banking themes implement: You bring your experience in banking topics such as Frontoffice, Operations, Reporting, Risk Management or Compliance into the project work
• Communication steer: You coordinate collaboration between departments, IT, and other stakeholders and ensure clear alignments
• Solutions realize: You accompany the implementation of professional requirements until Go-Live and ensure successful integration into existing processes

Qualifikation

• Background & Experience: You have a completed degree and several years of experience in banking consulting, the banking field or corporate consulting – ideally with responsibility for projects or Workstreams
• Agile project environment: You bring experience in implementing agile projects in banking (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and work structured and result-oriented
• Banking know-how: You have a good understanding of banking processes, ideally with reference to Frontoffice, Operations, Reporting, Risk Management or Compliance
• Structure & Reliability: You approach topics structured and solution-oriented, maintain overview even in complex project situations and bring things reliably to the goal
• Collaboration & Stakeholder management: You clearly and address-specifically enter yourself and move confidently in exchange with departments, IT, and management – in German as well as English
