Your Task

As a Temporary Employment Consultant, you will operatively manage our Hanover location while also supporting other branches with technical and organizational matters. You will ensure that assignments are successful, contracts are correct, and clients and employees feel well-supported.

This includes, among other things:

• Operative support of our clients and employees

• Dispatching, assignment planning, and short-term solutions

• Creation and maintenance of temporary employment contracts and documents

• Payroll preparation, time tracking, and deadline control

• Ensuring legal requirements (AÜG, Equal Pay, industry surcharges)

• Support for other locations with operational issues

• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of our processes

You are at home in temporary employment and bring routine to the topics that define daily work:

• Temporary employment contracts and documentation

• Dispatching and assignment planning

• Recruiting and employee support

• Collective agreements, Equal Pay, and industry surcharges

• Payroll preparation and time tracking

• Short-term personnel assignments and operational solutions

You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and maintain an overview even on turbulent days.
