(Senior) Consultant with focus on Organizational Development and Strategy in the Public Sector

• Project Management and Implementation. You will be responsible for projects of various sizes in the public sector and support organizations with their individual needs.
• Organizational Development. You will analyze and understand organizations, identify potential for and challenges in change, and develop suitable strategies and solutions in collaboration with our clients.
• Strategy Consulting. You will advise and support organizations to align them strategically for the future. In doing so, you will help them become more resilient and build future competencies.
• Business Development. You will acquire new projects, maintain existing client relationships, and continuously expand your network. 

• Relevant Consulting Experience. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in management consulting and have led consulting projects in various client fields, ideally in the context of public administrations or in a corporate environment.
• Analytical Skills. You possess excellent analytical skills for identifying resistance, risks, and opportunities in connection with changes and organizational development processes.
• Subject Matter Expertise. In addition to your strong consulting skills, you are also an expert in a subject area relevant to consulting, e.g., organizational development, process optimization.
• Communication Skills & Service Orientation. You have strong interpersonal skills, a high level of conflict resolution competence, and experience in communicating with diverse target groups from employees to top management.
• Flexibility. You are characterized by high flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
• Technological Affinity.  You are interested in technological trends (especially AI) and ideally already have initial experience in handling their impact on and usability.
• Willingness to Travel. You are willing to travel regularly for business.
