• As a central internal point of contact, you will shape and coordinate the further development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform along business processes and an overarching roadmap. You will act as a link between the business departments and IT, ensuring the sustainable optimization and digitalization of our ERP processes.
• In ongoing operations, you will be the central point of contact for our end-users, support them with functional questions, and analyze and resolve emerging problems – if necessary, together with internal contacts and external partners.
• You will analyze and optimize processes, structure requirements from the business departments, and translate them into viable solution concepts. You will support the implementation from prioritization through testing and rollouts, including end-user training, to sustainable integration within the company.
• You will manage Dynamics projects holistically in terms of scope, time, quality, budget, and risks, coordinating internal stakeholders and external consulting and development partners.
• You will be responsible for the functional conception and coordination of interfaces and data flows, especially in interaction with our reporting and the data warehouse currently under development based on Microsoft Fabric.
• You will participate in the functional design and continuous development of authorization and role concepts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and, together with the business departments, IT, and external partners, ensure a needs-based, secure, and traceable authorization structure.

• Professional Qualification: Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, as well as a sound understanding of integrated business processes.
• Practical Experience: Several years, ideally at least five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
• Independent Work Style: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, and the ability to prioritize complex requirements and translate them into implementable solutions.
• Creativity and Holistic Thinking: You think beyond individual requirements and system boundaries, recognize cross-departmental interrelationships, and develop creative, sustainable solutions for our processes and our Dynamics 365 landscape.
• Communication: Confident stakeholder management at business department, IT, and management levels, as well as very good German and English language skills.
• Project and Partner Management: Proven experience in managing complex ERP/CRM projects and in goal-oriented management of external consulting and development partners.
