As a (Senior) Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (m/w/d), you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions for our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This includes analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring the system, testing and quality assurance, as well as providing training and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our project teams and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. In addition to your technical expertise, you'll also bring a strong understanding of business processes and industry trends to the table. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing customized solutions for our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; • Analyzing business requirements and designing/configuring the system; • Testing and quality assurance; • Providing training and support to our clients; • Collaborating with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
