What you will achieve:

As a Senior Consultant – Media Audit & Value (Human), you will be responsible for managing customer-specific media performance KPIs with the goal of guaranteeing compliance.

• Media Plan Analysis: Detailed analysis of media plans to identify optimization potentials.
• Derivation of Recommendations: Derivation of concrete action recommendations.
• Goal Achievement Monitoring: Monitoring goal achievement and its influence on customer-specific bonus/malus regulations.
• Contract Analysis: Analysis and interpretation of customer contracts regarding media performance KPIs.
• Tracking Development: Development and implementation of tracking templates based on established audit methodologies.
• Interface Communication: Proactive interface communication with internal and external stakeholders (local and global).

What sets you apart:

• Professional Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in a media agency, with an auditor, or in a comparable environment.
• Analytical Skills: Very strong analytical skills and confident handling of large and complex data sets.
• Software Skills: Very good Excel skills.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking and evaluation of opportunities and risks.
• Communication: Strong communication skills across hierarchical levels.
• Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
