The Role 

As a Senior Consultant* / Manager* – ServiceNow Specialist (GRC / IRM) at Capco, you will support leading banks, asset managers, and insurance companies in the conception, transformation, and implementation of modern risk and compliance processes based on the ServiceNow platform.

You will advise our clients at the interface between business departments and technology, developing future-proof process and system landscapes together with stakeholders from risk management, compliance, and IT. You will analyze existing governance, risk, and compliance structures, design scalable target architectures, and support their functional and technical implementation.

You will utilize modern automation approaches and approved AI technologies to make processes more efficient, support well-founded decisions, and continuously improve the quality of risk and compliance solutions. You will consider regulatory requirements, traceable control mechanisms, and the necessary human review of AI-supported results.

In interdisciplinary project teams, you will take responsibility for challenging transformation projects and actively shape the further development of our ServiceNow GRC / IRM capabilities.

Your Tasks 

• You will analyze existing governance, risk, and compliance processes and develop tailor-made ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions for banks, insurance companies, and asset managers – from strategic goal setting to successful implementation.
• You will design scalable workflows, data models, and control mechanisms for Operational Risk, IT Risk, Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Audit. You will identify potential for AI-supported automation and intelligent process optimization.
• You will conduct workshops and process analyses, assess the suitability of existing processes for ServiceNow, and develop well-founded target states, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
• You will translate functional and regulatory requirements into technical solution concepts and work closely with clients, project managers, architects, and development teams. You will use approved AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and quality assurance, and ensure the functional validation of results.
• You will support transformation programs, participate in customer presentations and proposal processes, and promote knowledge sharing within our ServiceNow community. At the Manager level, you will also take responsibility for subject matter expertise, client relationships, and the development of team members.

Your Profile 

• You bring several years of practical experience in the introduction, configuration, or further development of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• You have profound knowledge in Risk Management, IT Risk, Compliance, or Non-Financial Risk, and understand the requirements of regulated financial institutions as well as the interrelationships between business processes, controls, and IT systems.
• You have accompanied ServiceNow projects from analysis through conception to implementation and can translate complex functional requirements into scalable digital workflows and technical solution approaches. You are open to the responsible use of AI-supported working methods and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
• You work confidently with stakeholders from business departments, risk management, compliance, information security, and IT. You moderate workshops, conduct interviews, and present results in an audience-appropriate manner. Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
• You hold a university degree, for example in economics, business informatics, or computer science, or a comparable qualification. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for your topics and project results.

Nice to have 

• ServiceNow Certifications: You hold certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for IRM/GRC, or comparable qualifications.
• Regulatory Know-how: You are familiar with relevant regulatory requirements and standards such as DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, VAIT, EBA Guidelines, or international governance and risk management frameworks.
• GRC Platform Knowledge: You have experience with other GRC solutions such as RSA Archer or MetricStream and ideally have already supported platform migrations or transformation projects towards ServiceNow.
• AI and Intelligent Automation: You have knowledge in AI, including Generative AI, Workflow Intelligence, or Process Mining, and understand its application possibilities within ServiceNow. Ideally, you are familiar with the principles of responsible AI use, including human approvals, control mechanisms, and traceable results.
• Transformation and Business Development: You have worked in complex transformation programs in the financial services sector, have experience in presales, proposal, or RFP processes, and enjoy supporting the professional development of other team members.
