Tasks

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• You will accompany our customers in strategic and operational change projects along the supply chain
• You will analyze processes, structures, and relationships and develop sustainable and implementable solutions
• You will take on responsibility for planning, steering, and successful implementation of projects
• You will moderate workshops, bring together different perspectives, and create acceptance for changes
• You will advise professionals and executives at eye level and support them in preparing decisions
• You will think beyond individual departments, recognize interdependencies, and develop comprehensive solution approaches
• You will actively bring your ideas into the development of our customer relationships, consulting services, and our company

Qualification

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have several years of experience in consulting and/or supply chain management, ideally as a project leader, consultant, or in a comparable role
• You understand not just processes but also organizational and human factors that decide the success of changes
• You think across departments, question existing structures, and develop practical solutions for complex challenges
• You work structured, methodically, and solution-oriented and have a comprehensive process and overall understanding
• You confidently address professionals and executives and can bring together different interests
• You bring a technical or business background with you
• You take on responsibility, act independently, and have high expectations for the quality of your work
• You exhibit entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, flexibility, and team orientation
