Senior Consultant

LHH Per to a client company, primary consulting firm, we are currently looking for a Senior Associate ? Restructuring and Turnaround. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Supporting the development of industrial plans and financial-economic plans in corporate reorganization or debt restructuring contexts. - Participating in advisory activities connected to Operational and Commercial Due Diligence and Independent Business Review (IBR). - Supporting the management of restructuring processes, interacting with various stakeholders involved. - Supporting companies through transformation and change processes, supporting them in managing extraordinary operations. Your Profile Will be considered figures possessing the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics and/or related fields - 2 years of experience gained in primary advisory firms or corporate finance boutiques - Fluent knowledge of the English language Completing the profile are good organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
