And you realized: The decks are getting bigger, hierarchies are getting longer, your impact on the actual decision is getting smaller. Up-or-out, 60-hour weeks for someone else's brand, three approval loops before you can even speak to the client.

At SC Ventures, we're turning that around: You will take on your own mandates with established companies of growing complexity and speak directly with management or the board. No pyramid in between. No three partners who have to coordinate beforehand.

What you learned in terms of structure, methodology, and executive communication at a Big4/MBB consultancy, you bring to us – and at the same time, you will be involved in what you build: As soon as your existing clients renew, you will receive a contractually regulated revenue share. No bonus pool, no politics – your results, your share.

We are not a corporation. We are a fast-growing team that already serves over 100 providers annually in the education sector – mandates ranging from established educational providers with multiple locations to growing medium-sized businesses and corporate clients. You will help shape how this area is structured, not just how it is executed.

Tasks

What awaits you:

• You will independently manage consulting mandates for companies of increasing size and complexity – from initial contact at management/board level to implementation control.
• You will develop business and operating models for sales and CRM transformation and be responsible for their implementation – not just the slide for it.
• You will lead strategy workshops and steering committees at C-level.
• Together with the management, you will build the methodological foundation for the enterprise sector: offer structure, delivery standards, quality assurance.
• You will be a sparring partner for management in the strategic further development of SC Ventures in the enterprise segment.

Qualification

What you bring

• Several years of experience (from Senior Consultant / Consultant level) at a top strategy consultancy (MBB, Big4 Consulting, or similar) or comparable in-house strategy function.
• Proven experience in direct collaboration with boards/management of companies of relevant size.
• Ability to independently structure and manage complex transformation projects – without close-knit approval processes.
• Executive Presence: You convince at eye level, without having to hide behind a big brand.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You want responsibility and participation, not just a salary.
• Industry knowledge in the education sector/AZAV is an advantage, but not a must – consulting logic counts more than sector history.
