Our customer is a specialized IT consulting firm with a focus on ServiceNow, IT management, and end-to-end implementations.

The company belongs to the largest ServiceNow partners in the DACH region and only works in this environment. Means: no random projects, but clear specialization, high project depth, and much exchange with people who didn't discover ServiceNow yesterday in a webinar.

Tasks

• You analyze existing IT infrastructure and ITOM processes for customers
• You lead ServiceNow ITOM projects or sub-projects independently
• You design target images and solution scenarios in the area of IT Operations Management
• You conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions on German and English
• You accompany the technical implementation in ServiceNow
• You support customers on topics like CMDB, CSDM, monitoring, and ITOM processes
• You coach juniors and strengthen internal knowledge transfer
• You support with presales, solution concepts, and professional positioning

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in IT infrastructure, ITOM, ITSM, or ServiceNow consulting
• Experience in customer-oriented projects and independent project implementation
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Strong in communication, workshops, and presentations
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant working style
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, or CSDM is a strong plus
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, ITIL, ESM, or JavaScript is welcome
• ServiceNow certifications, e.g., Implementation Specialist, are also interesting

What Doesn't Work Here

• Just operations profiles without consulting experience
• Candidates who only want to work on tickets
• Poor German language skills, especially for public customer projects
• Frequent job changes without a comprehensible development
• People who suddenly simulate technical silence when interacting with customers. Also surprisingly impractical in IT consulting.
