• Management and steering of complex IT projects in the Microsoft environment
• Analysis and structured recording of customer requirements, including clarification of the order
• Translation of business requirements into technical concepts and architectures
• Conception, design, implementation, and introduction of IT solutions
• Ensuring quality standards and carrying out and organizing tests
• Responsibility for proper documentation according to customer specifications
• Coordination of project teams and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Consulting on the introduction of new technologies and solutions

• Several years of experience in project management or IT consulting in complex IT projects
• Experience in organizing, steering, and coordinating projects
• Knowledge in the creation and further development of IT concepts
• Very good knowledge of IT processes (e.g., ITIL)
• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
• High communication skills and decision-making competence
• Very good German skills and good English skills

• Assignment in project and operating environments in the public sector
• Work according to defined quality, documentation, and test specifications
• Willingness for security clearance (SÜ2)
