At CIMA+, your expertise will be showcased to our clients by providing strategic recommendations in water management and climate change adaptation.

You will have the opportunity to position CIMA+ upstream in the delivery of projects of varied scale, with strategic mandates related to water security, water efficiency, resource protection, and climate resilience.

Responsibilities

• Position CIMA+ upstream of technical projects to develop proactive strategies that support municipalities and private companies in managing water and climate change issues, such as flooding, droughts, and erosion.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of experts (Environment, Infrastructure, Energy, and Resources) in developing recommended solutions as part of strategic planning.
• Carry out technical, financial, and regulatory studies related to water protection and enhancement.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, participating in events (conferences, webinars, sectoral working groups, etc.), and assisting in the preparation of service proposals.
• Based on data, analyses, or studies, develop communication tools that propose strategies and potential solutions to support clients in their decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings, tools, and methodologies to foster innovation.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field, including technological innovations, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
• Prepare documents and presentations to showcase project progress, results, and recommendations.
