Your Tasks

As a Senior Consultant Health, you are a key person in our consulting team and act in the following areas of responsibility:

• Project management and sub-project management in digitalization and IT transformation projects in the healthcare sector
• Strategic and operational consulting for clients (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.) along the entire value chain
• Requirements analysis, process design, and conception of IT solutions (ERP, interfaces, system integration)
• Support and management of the introduction of standard software, especially in the ERP environment (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Ensuring technical and functional quality, including test management, change management, and operational handover
• Responsibility for pre-sales, proposal development, and participation in acquisition activities
• Interface function between the business side, IT/architecture, development, and operations
• Continuous further development of our consulting portfolio and contribution to internal innovations

Or

• Leadership of complex transformation programs (classic or agile) in the healthcare sector
• Strategy consulting for clients – development of digitalization strategies with a focus on governance, interoperability, data protection, and efficiency
• Analysis of processes along the patient journey, tariff systems, billing systems, supply chain in the healthcare sector
• Conception of modular IT solutions, e-health scenarios, system integrations, and data architectures
• Responsibility for pre-sales, proposal development, client workshops, and stakeholder management
• Management of implementation: sub-project or overall project management, quality assurance, change management, test support
• Handover to operations / managed services, ensuring a sustainable handover
• Contribution to the further development of the service portfolio, introduction of new services / solutions

What You Bring

• University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Health Management, or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in consulting or implementing IT or digitalization projects, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Experience in process analysis, conception, and implementation of ERP systems or modular IT solutions
• Familiarity with interfaces, IT architectures, and integration concepts
• Ideally, knowledge of standards and technologies in the healthcare sector (e.g., HL7, FHIR, IHE)
• Experience in pre-sales, proposal preparation, or acquisition is desirable
• Strong analytical thinking skills, pragmatic and structured way of working
• High customer orientation and persuasive communication skills
• Independent and trustworthy working style with a sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork and innovation projects
• Very good German and good English skills (Italian and French are a plus)
