(Senior) Consultant for Energy Supply Concepts & Plant Technology (m/w/d)

The life in urban and rural regions is changing. On different levels, a structural change is taking place, which also increases the need for sustainable mobility and energy supply. Our goal is to shape the energy and transportation transition through innovative approaches. The consulting department deals with the development of integrated solution approaches for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in urban and peripheral areas. We accompany our clients from the idea to implementation.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Energy Consultant. You are responsible for conducting projects in the field of energy supply solutions and building analyses.

Aufgaben

• Software-based asset analyses for buildings and districts perform
• Energy supply concepts create
• Potentials for sector coupling identify
• Funding landscape know and consider
• Economic analysis create and optimize
• Presentation of results create and present to the customer
• Market analyses on trends, solutions, and providers take over
• Self-contained project leadership, possibly coordination of sub-projects, resource planning, and leadership of project teams

Qualifikation

• A successful higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of engineering (energy and building technology, renewable energies, or comparable studies with connection to technical building equipment)
• Relevant professional experience
• Passion for innovative and sustainable solutions for building energy supply
• Very good self-organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• High engagement and reliability
• Safe handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Very good German language skills
• Begrüßenswert:

1. Software knowledge in Hottgenroth, PV*Sol, Top Energy or other
2. Listing at the BAFA / Energy Efficiency Experts
3. Experience in projects for municipal heat planning
4. Project experience in non-residential buildings and industrial and commercial businesses
5. Experiences with load calculations and/or ventilation systems
