Do you want to help shape the digital administration of tomorrow – where it is directly tangible for people? As a Senior Consultant (all genders) for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior division, you will advise our clients on demanding digitalization projects in a socially and politically highly relevant environment. You will delve into complex functional and organizational issues, develop viable target visions and solution approaches, and bring together expertise, administration, and technology. For you, consulting doesn't end with the concept: together with interdisciplinary teams, you will accompany solutions from the initial question to successful implementation.

• You will advise our clients from public administration on demanding IT and digitalization projects with a special focus on Migration & Interior, as well as topics of internal security, and together with our clients, you will shape the further development of administrative processes and digital services, question existing workflows, and prepare functional decisions in a structured manner.
• You will delve deep into complex subject matter contexts, analyze functional, organizational, and procedural issues, and from these, develop target visions, courses of action, and concrete recommendations.
• You will conceptualize and moderate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats, bring different perspectives together, and guide clients and other stakeholders through decision-making and change processes.
• You will bring together administration, expertise, and technology, structure and prioritize requirements, and translate functional needs into viable digital solutions together with interdisciplinary project and development teams.
• You will accompany the implementation of your concepts into practice – from analysis and requirements gathering through conception, piloting, and testing to go-live – while keeping users, acceptance, and the sustainable anchoring of the solutions in mind.

• You have relevant experience in consulting Public Sector clients in the context of IT, digitalization, or transformation projects, and have already independently managed consulting tasks or functional work packages.
• You can quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with complex subject matters, analyze and structure interrelationships, and derive robust courses of action, recommendations, target visions, and concepts from them.
• You have experience working with external clients and various stakeholders and are confident in communicating at different levels of the client's and project organization.
• You are not only comfortable with functional consulting but also want to implement your concepts together with interdisciplinary teams and experience their impact in practice.
• Ideally, you have experience with digitalization projects in public administration and/or a functional connection to migration, interior affairs, or internal security. Knowledge of OZG, EfA, FIM, data protection, or IT service management is a plus.
• An completed university degree ideally forms the professional basis for your work.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English language skills.
