Tasks

Your tasks

In your role as (Senior) Consultant for Data & AI Strategy, you will work on central strategic questions for our clients and bring data and AI specifically into decision-making processes. You use quantitative analyses and modern AI approaches to penetrate complex relationships, develop new perspectives, and create solid decision-making foundations. You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines together and contribute to developing data-based and future-oriented solutions for our clients. You structure strategic questions, derive concrete analysis approaches and central questions from them.

• You prepare relevant data, structure and transform it, and thus create a reliable basis for analyses.
• You analyze data using quantitative methods and identify relevant patterns and relationships.
• You draw conclusions from analyses and applications, order these, develop these into decision-making foundations for strategic questions, and prepare these for clients and stakeholders.
• You develop and test concrete application cases for the use of Generative AI in a business context.
• You take responsibility for work packages or work streams and actively participate in collaboration within an interdisciplinary project team.

Qualification

What you bring

• A completed university degree is helpful, but much more important to us is relevant professional experience in a strategy consulting firm and the field of data analytics or AI.
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills and experience in applying quantitative methods to strategic questions.
• You bring experience in data analysis and preparation, and you are confident in handling at least one of the common tools (e.g. SPSS or R).
• You can critically evaluate analyses, translate them into clear action recommendations, and communicate them addressably in the project context.
• You have not only experimented with GenAI tools but also structuredly applied them and can evaluate application cases based on strategic value, feasibility, and risk.
• You have developed or accompanied data & AI strategies and can structure the path from analysis to roadmap.
