YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Analysis of business processes and identification of optimization potential to develop efficient solutions in the BSI Customer Suite with a focus on CRM + CX (but also other modules) that maximize value for our clients in the insurance and banking sectors.
• Development of requirements in close coordination with the Product Owner to understand our clients' needs and formulate them into user stories.
• Close collaboration with our development team to ensure that requirements are successfully implemented and high-quality solutions are created.
• Opportunity to also take on the role of Product Owner as an experienced Business Analyst and shape the vision for the project.
• Outside of the project, we offer a great culture where you will encounter diverse projects and colleagues in the insurance and banking sectors.

YOUR CAPCO FIT

• Experience as a Business Analyst (3 or more years), ideally in the area of CRM and BSI projects.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into precise user stories.
• Your team-oriented personality and excellent communication skills will be valued in our dynamic team.
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage.
• Knowledge of working with BSI software is desirable, but not mandatory.
• We are looking for candidates who are interested in actively engaging in our CRM and BSI community and sharing their knowledge.
