Job Summary
As Senior Consultant for Change Management, you will lead strategic transformation projects, designing and implementing integrated change strategies. You will act as a methodological reference, with autonomy to guide high-level stakeholders and junior consultants in the execution of projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and supervise the application of Prosci methodology in transformation projects.
• Design complete change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, and sustainability).
• Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders, adapting the approach to the organizational context.
• BUILD relationships of trust and advise decision-makers during the change process.
• Supervise deliverables and act as a mentor for junior profiles.
• Detect risks and barriers to change, proposing corrective solutions and strategic improvements.
• Promote retrospectives and continuous improvement practices after project closure.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in areas such as Communication, Psychology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prosci certification (highly desirable). Other project management/leadership certifications are differentiators.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading Change Management projects.
• Familiarity with executive committees, sponsors, and global areas.
• Mastery of Microsoft 365, Teams, Miro, and collaboration/visualization tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
