The role as (Senior) Consultant in the field of construction and infrastructure with a focus on building construction with us means more than classic consulting: With a hands-on mentality, openness to new technologies, tools, and working methods, you will support our clients in transformation, optimization, and innovation. You will independently take on project responsibility and benefit from development opportunities up to partner level. You can expect national & international clients from the travel, transport, and logistics industries with foresight, projects with depth, and a team that supports you.

Tasks

This is what you will make possible with us

You will accompany and manage complex building construction projects across various planning and realization phases.
You will increase the efficiency of our clients by analyzing, redesigning, and specifically defining project, planning, and construction processes.
You will establish effective project management and project control structures – from project organization and scheduling to cost, quality, and risk management.
You will coordinate interfaces between clients, users, planning participants, executing companies, and other stakeholders.
You will support our clients in tender, award, contract, and change order processes and ensure transparent decision-making bases.
You will implement new solutions and control instruments precisely tailored to the project and its stakeholders' requirements.
You will take responsibility not only for work packages but also as a sub-project manager – including technical leadership.
You will drive forward the digital transformation of the construction and real estate industry, for example, through BIM-based working methods, digital project platforms, data-based control, or Lean Construction approaches.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, or a comparable qualification.
From initial to several years of experience in consulting, project management, project control, planning, or realization of building construction projects.
Experience in dealing with costs, schedules, qualities, risks, as well as contract and change order topics.
In-depth knowledge of HOAI and VOB; knowledge of AHO, DIN 276, or other relevant regulations is advantageous.
Ideally, experience with BIM, Common Data Environments, Lean Construction, or digital project management and control solutions.
Confident communication in German and English – both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
