Tasks

• You increase the efficiency of our clients – through analysis, redesign, and targeted process definition.
• You implement new solutions tailored to your needs and always with a view to the stakeholders' requirements.
• You develop practical solutions together with our clients based on solid concepts and strategies.
• In workshops, you create genuine dialogues, identify needs, and clarify the next steps.
• You take over responsibility not only for work packages but also as part of project leaders – including technical leadership.
• You drive digital transformation forward – pragmatically, goal-oriented, and effectively.
• You deepen your expertise in focus topics and expand it in versatile projects that also transcend professional boundaries.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• A successfully completed engineering degree or equivalent, as well as technical and commercial understanding
• Secure communication in German and English – written and spoken
• First to several years of consulting experience
• Fundamental professional experience in the context of energy industry
• Certification in classical and/or agile project management (e.g. Scrum)
