The role as (Senior) Consultant in the field of building and infrastructure at our company means more than classical consulting: With a hands-on mentality, openness to new technologies, tools, and working approaches, you support our clients in transformation, optimization, and innovation. You take over independent project responsibility and benefit from development opportunities up to partner level. You can expect national and international customers from the travel, transport, and logistics industry with foresight, projects with depth, and a team that supports you.

Tasks

• You increase the efficiency of our clients – through analysis, redesign, and targeted process definition.
• You implement new solutions tailored to the needs of stakeholders.
• You develop together with our clients practical solutions based on solid concepts and strategies.
• In workshops, you shape genuine dialogues, identify needs, and create clarity for the next steps.
• You take over responsibility not only for work packages but also as part of project leaders – including technical leadership.
• You drive digital transformation forward – pragmatically, goal-oriented, and effectively.
• You deepen your expertise in focus topics and expand it in various, also interdisciplinary projects.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• A successfully completed degree in engineering or comparable technical and commercial understanding
• Secure communication in German and English – written and spoken
• First to several years of consulting experience
• Confident handling of MS Excel / PowerPoint and MS Project
• Familiarity with HOAI and VOB
