Senior Consultant Finance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) - nationwide

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Consult & Guide: As part of a functional project team, you will advise our clients on the implementation of ERP in the Microsoft Dynamics Finance area. You will shape innovative concepts and implement them in national and international projects.
• AI-Driven Consulting: You actively use the latest AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI for documentation, and AI-powered agents).
• Implement and Integrate: As part of process and GAP/FIT analyses, you will identify client needs, define a tailored solution based on Microsoft Dynamics, and especially on Finance. You will co-design recommendations for process optimization with the team and recommend them to the client. You will independently recognize the benefit and application possibilities of new technologies. You will guide the team in setting up and configuring the software in a goal-oriented manner, always keeping an eye on the quality of data migration, and you will be responsible for the seamless integration of the Dynamics 365 solution into the existing IT landscape.
• Act Responsibly: You are a key part of the Finance workstream and can take on sub-project leadership for implementations of Finance processes within the scope of ERP implementation. This includes quality assurance and test execution in the Finance area.
• Optimize and Improve: You will advise our clients on modern Finance processes. You will accompany our clients through change processes during the implementation phase.

• Create and Disseminate Knowledge: You will actively shape the further development of our own knowledge portfolio and monitor technological or legal innovations. Taking on mentoring tasks is a matter of course for you.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• You enjoy taking responsibility, face challenges as part of a team, and communicate at eye level. You have already had functional responsibility within projects. Ideally, you have already technically guided team members.
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by several years of professional experience and further training, for example, in accounting
• You already have several years of project experience in ERP consulting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM as a consultant for a consulting firm or as an in-house consultant.
• You already lead workshops with your clients, analyze Finance and Accounting processes, conduct Fit & GAP analyses, develop solutions, and deliver best practice solutions for your clients.
• You have relevant knowledge in the area of accounting and financial processes, especially in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets accounting. This is with regard to HGB (German Commercial Code) and German tax law. You are also familiar with IFRS requirements.
• Knowledge in cost accounting and Finance Controlling is an advantage.
• You have a great passion for the latest AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and AI-powered agents).
• Willingness to travel for projects.
• Your clients value you as a committed and reliable point of contact at eye level.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
