As a Senior Consultant Finance & BI, you will guide our customers from the analysis of their requirements through conception to the successful implementation of our solutions. Together with our customers, you will develop modern applications for budgeting, financial planning, liquidity planning, forecasting, management reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
Our aim is not just to implement software, but to develop solutions together with our customers that create real added value and enable sound business decisions.
Your main tasks
Consulting SMEs in the digitalization of their financial processes
Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable planning, reporting, and BI solutions
Implementation of our cloud solution planyourbusiness Finance
Development of multidimensional financial, planning, and reporting models
Conception of management cockpits and dashboards
Analysis, specification, and implementation of interfaces to ERP systems
Independent management of implementation projects and coordination of all stakeholders
Sparring partner for CFOs, management boards, and supervisory boards
Training of users and support for tests and go-live
Ongoing consulting and support for our customers
Active contribution to the further development of our software and consulting methodology
Support with presales, workshops, and the preparation of quotations
What you bring
You combine in-depth business and financial management know-how with your passion for digitalization and consulting. You think analytically, communicate convincingly, and confidently guide customers from the initial idea to successful implementation.
Experience and competencies:
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and controlling
In-depth knowledge of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow management
Strong understanding of business contexts and financial management instruments
Ability to quickly analyze complex business processes and translate them into practical planning and reporting models
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems
Ideally, successful professional experience in a comparable role in consulting
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
Personally, you convince through:
A communicative personality with a passion for customer contact and collaboration on an equal footing
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
Hands-on mentality and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
Enjoyment in explaining complex financial relationships in an understandable way and inspiring customers sustainably
High initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
Team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Ideally, you have already supported implementation projects for ERP, BI, or integrated planning and reporting solutions. Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Jedox, LucaNet, Board, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable solutions is an advantage.
