Senior Consultant Enterprise Performance Management

In the role of Senior Consultant within Enterprise Performance Management, you will work closely with a dedicated team of approximately 30 colleagues. From the first day, you will be actively involved in advising clients from various sectors, such as the financial sector (banks, insurance companies and pension funds), the public sector (government, healthcare and education) and corporate clients (energy, telecommunications and retail). Think about strategic financial issues related to Cost and Profitability management, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Record-to-Report. We also support CFOs by contributing to the development of KPIs and reports that not only show financial results but also integrate aspects such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). By linking ESG reporting to financial governance, we help organizations grow sustainably and responsibly.

Together with your colleagues, who form a mix of young and very experienced professionals, you will lay the foundation for valuable client advisory projects. You will work on multiple small projects simultaneously or one large project, which ensures an interesting and challenging role. Thanks to daily check-ins and brainstorming sessions with your project team, you ensure that each assignment is thoroughly and effectively addressed.

You conduct interviews, give presentations, organize workshops, and write detailed advisory reports. Additionally, you actively work on your own development, supported by your personal Development Manager, with access to a broad range of training programs focused both on technical skills and soft skills. You will be busy with proposal development, maintaining client relationships, and facilitating client events. Finally, you make time for team meetings and social events with the team.
