Aufgaben

• You take over the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects (e.g., Shopify migrations) – from requirements analysis to go-live and operation – and keep Scope, Time, Budget, Quality, and Risks in mind.
• You lead your project team professionally: you prioritize, structure collaboration, give orientation in daily life, coach on delivery issues, and support the further development of team members.
• You steer interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Design, Development), take responsibility for interface management, and ensure a smooth cooperation by resolving dependencies and blockers early on.
• You are the central point of contact for customers and stakeholders, manage expectations, establish regular status formats, and handle escalations in a solution-oriented manner.
• You ensure high delivery quality, drive continuous improvements forward, and develop standards and processes in delivery together with the team.

Qualifikation

• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in digital transformation/project implementation (e.g., e-commerce, software delivery, platform/migration projects) or IT project management, PMO-, or service environment.
• You have already taken over partial project leadership or operated projects – including team organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• You hold a completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• You are secure in agile working methods and delivery methods and ensure the implementation of active interface management between Design and Development.
• You use project management tools like Jira/Asana/MS Project confidently and thereby increase control, transparency, and efficiency.
