Your Role

• You advise our clients in the areas of transformation, digitalization, and organizational development, accompanying them from the idea to implementation.
• You analyze, conceptualize, and manage complex projects – depending on the context, using classic, agile, or hybrid approaches – and ensure structure and transparency.
• You design future-proof processes, IT landscapes, and organizational structures, aligning them with our clients' strategic goals.
• You prepare and confidently moderate workshops, decision-making formats, and steering committees.
• You act as a sparring partner at the interface between business departments, IT, and management, translating requirements into viable solutions.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our service portfolio and methodologies.
• Depending on your interests, you support topics such as business development, communication, or recruiting.
• You help shape our internal structures, tools, and working methods, and contribute your ideas for continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

• Analyze business processes and digitalization potentials.
• Gather and structure requirements.
• Develop digital target images and implementation roadmaps.
• Accompany workshops and transformation projects.

What You Bring

• Completed university degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• Several years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role in the field of transformation/digitalization.
• Practical experience in transformation or digitalization projects as well as sound methodological knowledge
  (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum, EAM).
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills at all levels, as well as a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Proactiveness, strong implementation skills, and the motivation to effectively drive change.
