What you will do

• You will help our national and international customers define their future corporate strategy
• You will analyze market and customer needs, internal processes and structures, and lead to new digital business models and products
• You will show potential for improvement within the company of our customers
• You will accompany digital projects within an interdisciplinary project team from concept phase to design and implementation in close collaboration with customer teams and external partners
• You will facilitate exchange between different stakeholder groups and ensure that requirements are well documented, understood, and implemented correctly and timely according to the concept
• You will participate in sales promotion measures and customer acquisition
• You will also take on supporting tasks in internal processes, such as recruitment or marketing

What you bring professionally

• You bring an excellent master's degree with, preferably, a focus on computer science, a natural science, or economics
• You have already gained 5 years of work experience in the digital environment, ideally in a top-class strategy or IT consulting company
• You can communicate effectively with stakeholders from business and IT
• You possess relevant experience in dealing with strategic, digital, or technology-oriented questions
• You appreciate close contact and collaboration with customers and understand how to communicate efficiently and clearly at all levels
• You are able to set a good example and motivate your team
