Senior Consultant Digital Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

As a Senior Consultant Digital Corporate Communications at Cosmonauts & Kings, you will lead your own mandates focusing on Digital Thought Leadership, CEO Positioning, and LinkedIn, and actively contribute to the expansion of our Digital Corporate Communication department. We are looking for an experienced personality with a drive for innovation and a keen sense for communication at the intersection of politics, business, and society.

• Independent management of consulting projects in corporate and association communications, as well as in digital political communication, public affairs, and for NGOs.
• Development of digital positioning from topic and debate analysis through narrative to individual contributions, with a focus on Digital Thought Leadership, CEO Positioning, and LinkedIn, including independent editorial work and quality assurance as part of the process.
• Conception of strategies and campaigns, including for digital political communication, from idea to a viable communication concept.
• Management and integration of the service areas Strategy, Data, Media, Design, Editorial, Social Media, Community, and AI into an integrated communication architecture, where all threads converge in this role.
• Strategic leadership and consulting with the aim of asking the relevant questions, challenging, and aligning client interests with development potentials.
• Responsibility for project, time, and resource planning, leadership of project teams, and budget, cost, and process management, including creation and negotiation of proposals and service descriptions.
• Independent preparation and leadership of workshops, presentations, and lectures, as well as further development of existing clients and expansion of new mandates.

• Several years of relevant experience in an agency, consultancy, or a comparable environment in digital positioning and communication, with demonstrable responsibility for own clients and mandates.
• Proven success in the digital positioning of individuals and organizations, ideally with a focus on Digital Thought Leadership, CEO Positioning, and LinkedIn, combined with strong consulting skills and confidence in dealing with executives.
• Deep understanding of social media and social-first approaches, from channel strategy and format development to editorial implementation, as well as data-driven working and analysis methods.
• Confident project management in simultaneously managing multiple complex mandates, with reliable responsibility for timings, resources, and budgets, and the ability to ensure quality and results even under high pressure.
• Strong interest in actively pursuing innovations in communication, especially through AI, identifying relevant trends for digital communication early on, and making them usable for one's own work and that of clients.
• High interest in politics, society, and democratic communication.
• Proactiveness, resilience, and the ability to maintain structure and calm even in phases of high complexity.
• Native-level German, very good English.
