Enzo is a rapidly growing technology startup based in Heidelberg, addressing one of the largest structural cost problems in the building insurance industry: water damage.

About half of all building damages are caused by water damage and resulted in damage costs of around 5 billion euros in the German insurance market in 2024 alone.

With our IoT- and AI-based solution one.drop, we shift the focus from reactive damage management to data-driven, economically measurable risk prevention.

Deine Rolle

As Senior Consultant - Customer Value & Performance (Insurance), you will take central responsibility for the economic impact of our customer partnerships.

You will work closely with project, departmental, and management stakeholders on the client side from contract signing onwards and ensure that operational project results are consistently translated into economically measurable outcomes, business cases, and decision-ready board reports.

Unlike in classical consulting, you will accompany the implementation until measurable results are achieved – and remain responsible until the economic success is realized at the customer's end.

You will work directly with the founding team and act as an analytical sparring partner with a clear outcome focus.

• Gesamtverantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Nutzen unserer Versicherungspartner
• Definition von Erfolg in klaren Business-Kennzahlen (z. B. Schadenkostenreduktion, ROI, Payback, Profitabilität)
• Sicherstellung von nachweisbarem finanziellem Impact, nicht nur operativer Umsetzung

Strukturierung & Steuerung komplexer Initiativen

• Strukturierung unklarer Problemstellungen in Hypothesen, Zielbilder und Arbeitspakete
• Steuerung der Projektumsetzung auf Kundenseite ohne formale Weisungsbefugnis
• Aktives Priorisieren, Entfernen von Blockaden und Nachhalten von Fortschritt

Analytics, KPI-Frameworks & ROI-Modelle

• Aufbau robuster Mess- und Wirklogiken (Baselines, KPIs, Vergleichsmodelle)
• Entwicklung und Validierung von ROI-Modellen für Vorstand und Top-Management
• Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Transparenz und korrekter Interpretation

• Routine darin, komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert zu analysieren und entscheidungsreif aufzubereiten
• Starkes Ownership-Mindset: Verantwortung für Ergebnisse, nicht nur für Konzepte

Analytische & wirtschaftliche Exzellenz

• Sehr sicher im Aufbau und in der Argumentation von Business Cases und ROI-Logiken
• Fähigkeit, quantitative Modelle klar, verständlich und überzeugend zu erklären

Management-taugliche Kommunikation

• Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und Vorständen
• Präzise, strukturierte und wirkungsorientierte Kommunikation
