What will you do?

• As a D365 CE Senior Consultant, you will work on challenging projects for national and international clients in various sectors. You will play a crucial role in advising, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that help clients optimize their business processes and improve customer relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the specific business needs of each client. Your responsibilities:
• Advisory role: in close collaboration with the client, you will analyze business processes and advise on the best Dynamics 365 CE solutions to achieve customer goals.
• Implementation: you will lead and be functionally responsible for the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Project management: you will collaborate with project managers to monitor the scope, planning, and quality of projects.
• Client contact: you will act as a sparring partner for clients. You will understand client needs and translate them into solutions. You will be aware of the latest AI developments and AI functionalities within D365 and use them to help clients work smarter, gain better insights, and manage customer relationships in a more personalized way.
• Team development: you will coach Junior and Medior Consultants within the Dynamics team and promote knowledge sharing. You will commit to professional collaboration with your colleagues.
• Staying informed: you will actively follow technological trends and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem and translate them into improvements for our clients.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementations, preferably in a consultancy environment;
• Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing;
• Technical skills: experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure, and third-party integrations;
• Project experience: experience with both agile and waterfall project methodologies;
• Communication: excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written;
• Leadership: experience in managing and coaching teams and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

If you do not meet the above profile and do not yet have Dynamics 365 experience but do have process knowledge and are capable of acting as a sparring partner because you have experienced the challenges our clients struggle with firsthand, for example on the client side.
