Senior Consultant Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

As a Senior Consultant Corporate Communications at haebmau, you will be responsible for the area of Corporate Communications for existing and new clients of the agency as well as our internal and external corporate communications. Together with your colleagues in our Growth & Collaboration team, you will sharpen the profile of the agency brand haebmau, manage our communication channels and maintain our media contacts. At the same time, you will strategically advise clients in Corporate PR, Thought Leadership and Brand Positioning and further expand this area as an important part of our service portfolio.

• Strategic client consulting and development as well as implementation of corporate communications strategies for our clients
• New business lead for pitches in the area of Corporate Communications in close coordination with the Growth Team and our client units
• Conception and management of own PR measures as well as proactive contact maintenance with relevant industry and business media
• Channel & content management of our touchpoints such as website and corporate social media
• Award submissions, industry ranking participations and support of the haebmau CSR report

• Completed university degree (e.g., Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration) and at least 4 years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR or brand consulting – ideally in an agency environment
• In-depth experience in reputation and topic management as well as in C-level and thought leadership communication
• Existing network with trade and business journalists as well as a feel for current industry trends, sustainability topics (CSR) and modern communication
• Proficient use of CMS systems, social media management tools, PR/press databases as well as CRM/project management tools
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, high initiative, consulting strength and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written, and excellent writing and storytelling skills
