Senior Consultant - Construction Claims & Advisory – Sydney
We are currently recruiting for a leading, privately held consultancy that’s growing its Melbourne office. You will have the opportunity to work closely with industry-leading directors who are committed to training and developing your expertise in the world of construction disputes.
This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale construction disputes & claims on behalf of some of Melbourne's largest contractors and prominent legal firms.

The Role
- Assisting in the preparation of extension of time (EOT), disruption, and acceleration claims.
- Reviewing specifications, drawings, programs, and methodologies to identify claim opportunities.
- Conducting forensic analysis of project records and site inspections.
- Drafting contractual correspondence and supporting commercial management tasks.
- Collaborating with internal consultants and external legal teams on multifaceted claims.
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant construction degree and ideally 5-7 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Previous dealings with contracts or Claims.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detail
