(Senior) Consultant - Cloud Basic/Endpoint (m/f/d)

Do you want to support companies in designing modern and secure workplace solutions and contribute your expertise to challenging customer projects? As a (Senior) Consultant Cloud Basic / Endpoint, you will support our clients in the further development of their IT landscapes – from strategic consulting and conception to the successful implementation of future-proof cloud and endpoint solutions. You will work closely with our clients and develop sustainable solutions that optimally combine technical innovation and business requirements.

• You advise our clients on the strategic planning, modernization, and further development of their endpoint, security, and modern workplace environments based on Microsoft 365 and guide them in the transformation to modern cloud operating models.
• You analyze existing endpoint, identity, and security landscapes, develop future-proof architecture and migration concepts, and support their implementation in close collaboration with our clients.
• You design holistic solutions around Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Windows Hello for Business, considering security, compliance, and Zero Trust requirements.
• You support our clients in the introduction and optimization of modern endpoint and security solutions and act as a competent point of contact for technical queries.
• You conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and security assessments, identify optimization potential, and derive sustainable action recommendations from them.
• You support presales activities through technical consulting, the creation of solution concepts, and effort estimations, and actively participate in the development of individual customer solutions.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in the planning, conception, and implementation of Microsoft endpoint management and security solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Experience in developing architecture, migration, and transformation concepts in the modern workplace environment
• Very good knowledge in the areas of endpoint security, Conditional Access, compliance, security baselines, and Zero Trust
• Strong consulting, communication, and moderation skills, as well as a confident demeanor in the customer environment
• Experience in conducting workshops, requirements analyses, and creating technical concepts and service descriptions
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working method
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally, current Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, SC-200, or SC-100)
• 5 or more years of project experience in the Microsoft 365, endpoint, and security environment are desirable
