Your Mission

You accompany our clients – from medium-sized enterprises to associations – through the human side of digital transformation. The topics are diverse: from strategy development to team workshops, from accompanying restructuring to working on organizational culture, from leadership training to KI-enablement workshops. 

• You lead complex consulting projects in the areas of Change Management, Organisationsentwicklung, and Transformation. 

• With a strong sales-oriented view, you identify potential and build customer relationships in the long term.

• Together with the department head, you develop the department further, whether through identifying new trends, developing innovative consulting approaches, or ensuring professional excellence.

• You lead training sessions on communication, conflict management, leadership, etc. for our clients.

What you bring with you

You are an experienced professional who understands the dynamics of the digital world and knows what people need to master the changes that come with it. 

• In addition to your usual professional experience, you bring at least five years of experience in leading transformation, change, or organizational development projects. Ideally, your portfolio is complemented by competencies in coaching and training.  

• You are conceptually strong, moderation-secure, and communicate clearly in German and English.

• You see sales potential and can elevate it.  

• You are characterized by a strong digital mindset. The use of AI tools in consulting projects and training is already second nature to you. 

• You love the flexibility of remote work, but also appreciate the targeted work on-site with the customer (ideally, your residence is near the Rhineland).
