The Business Process Management & Analytics department of cbs supports all levels of our customers in deriving and implementing strategies as well as defining strategic target images for processes, organization, and IT. This way, we achieve the continuity of corporate strategy from top-level management to operational implementation of changes within the company.

To further expand our business field, we are currently looking for experienced consultants (m/w/d) from the consulting industry as well as process experts (m/w/d) from industry.

• Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or comparable qualification

• Industry-specific or cross-industry experience in the areas of strategy, processes, organization, and technology

• Experience in applying management methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and process frameworks

• Excellent analytical skills and a high level of abstraction ability

• Outstanding communication, moderation, and presentation skills on all organizational levels
