Your Role

• You will develop organizations and processes and support companies in aligning their structures for the future.
• You will establish strategic process management, develop governance models, role structures, and relevant KPIs.
• You will actively participate in the further development of our portfolio in Process Excellence, Organizational Design, and Enterprise Architecture Management.
• You will help shape our internal frameworks, methodologies, and consulting approaches and contribute your expertise with a targeted focus.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process analyses, identify optimization and digitalization approaches, and derive concrete improvement measures.
• Take on requirements management between business units and IT – from structured recording to implementation in efficient solutions.
• Create value stream analyses and derive measures from them to increase efficiency and quality.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives, e.g., through the use of workflow tools or process automation.

What you bring

• Completed degree in business, engineering, or IT.
• Several years of experience in process management, organizational development, or enterprise architecture management – ideally in consulting or in complex corporate structures.
• A deep understanding of processes, organizations, and their interplay with IT systems.
• Experience in end-to-end process optimization, value stream analysis, or process digitalization.
• Knowledge of EAM methods (e.g., TOGAF) or strategic process management.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) and requirements management methods.
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and the ability to communicate complex contexts clearly.
• Convincing communication and moderation skills for workshops as well as for discussions at team and management levels.
