Meliorate is a management consultancy with locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, and Munich.
We advise companies with complex, asset-intensive business models – for example, network operators from the energy or water industry – on strategic and organizational issues.

We work closely with our clients, combining in-depth analyses with a clear focus on implementability.

Your Role

You will independently take responsibility in projects and work on strategic issues for our clients.

In detail, this means:

• You analyze strategic and organizational issues and develop structured and implementable solutions together with your team

• You structure complex problems, evaluate data, and derive well-founded recommendations for action (e.g., benchmarks, deviation analyses)

• You present results and work with stakeholders at various levels

• You independently take on work packages and are responsible for their implementation

• You build your own network with clients and develop your role within the project team

• You contribute to internal topics and support the development of knowledge within the company

Your Profile

• You have at least two years of experience in management or strategy consulting

• You have already worked independently on projects or sub-projects

• You have an above-average degree in economics or a technical field

• You structure complex topics quickly and work in a solution-oriented manner

• You communicate confidently and present yourself sovereignly in client situations

• You are willing to take responsibility for your topics and drive them forward

• You have very good German and English language skills

• You are willing to travel as part of projects
