(Senior) Consultant Bankenberater (m/w/d)

As part of an experienced team, you will support the management of cooperative banks in Bavaria. In this role, you will demonstrate your conceptual strength and professional expertise, and work together with your team to develop tailored solutions for and with our customers.

Aufgaben

• Leitung und Mitarbeit von Beratungsprojekten in den bayerischen Genossenschaftsbanken in den Bereichen Strategie, Vertrieb, Gesamtbanksteuerung, Prozessoptimierung oder Kreditwesen
• Unterstützung bei der Akquise von neuen Projekten
• Pflege, Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsleistungen
• Weiterentwicklung definierter Qualitätsstandards und laufende Optimierung der Mandantenzufriedenheit
• Dozententätigkeit im jeweiligen Beratungsschwerpunkt
• Sicherstellung hochqualitativer Beratung
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen, den Verbundpartnern sowie externen Partnern
• Mitwirkung in Verbundprojekten auf Bundesebene

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als (Teil-) Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Beratungsumfeld von Banken
• Umfassende Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Methoden des Projektmanagements
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Unternehmensführung und der strategischen Ausrichtung einer Kreditgenossenschaft wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in der Dozententätigkeit wünschenswert
• Fähigkeit zur schnellen Einarbeitung in komplexe Fragestellungen und zur zügigen Vorlage von Arbeitsergebnissen auf Vorstandsebene
• Hohe Konfliktfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke ergänzt um sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
