Senior Consultant – B2B Energy Consulting

• Competent partner even for the most complex cases – Clients trust you because you can masterfully, clearly, and understandably explain even demanding, multifaceted situations and show them tailored ways to develop their properties sustainably and economically. Even if a situation is unclear at the beginning, you can bring it into a manageable structure and break down complexity well for both clients and colleagues.

• Analyze needs & develop senior-level concepts – You analyze complex, multi-layered client situations, recognize potentials that others overlook, and jointly develop individual energy concepts with colleagues with a clear focus on ROI and feasibility.

• Present with a wow effect & stability in difficult moments – You prepare results in a structured manner and present them convincingly, even when it is technically demanding or controversial.

• Subsidies, implementation & project management – You support clients holistically from analysis through subsidy application to successful implementation, taking over the management even for complex large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Responsibility beyond your own clients – You also keep an eye on topics that are not directly 'yours', follow up reliably without anyone needing to chase you, and actively identify sensible next steps and revenue potentials with clients.

• Experience that convinces – You have several years of experience in consulting B2B clients, ideally in energy consulting; however, we are explicitly open to profiles from related fields (e.g., technical consulting, real estate industry, sustainability consulting, engineering services) as long as you have strong B2B client contact.

• Tech in your blood, business in your head – Technical degree or comparable qualification; you understand technical-energetic issues and confidently place them in an economic context.

• Communicator with standing – You convince even demanding decision-makers, conduct conversations empathetically, clearly, and purposefully – in person, by phone, or video call – and strike the right note at every hierarchical level.

• Reliable self-management & strategic work – You don't need close follow-up from your team lead to deliver reliably, are a role model in your work approach and client responsibility, and plan proactively instead of just reacting to requests. You also keep an eye on secondary tasks, your workload, and your monthly goals.

• Flexible, independent & with team spirit – You work highly independently, maintain an overview even with multiple parallel large projects, are present on-site for important projects, and support your team in presenting a strong united front.
