What Your Areas of Responsibility Will Be

• Collaboration in an experienced and highly motivated team to achieve measurable growth for our clients
• Development and implementation of strategy and implementation projects with a focus on new business, transformation, and digitalization topics for our clients
• Taking on partial project responsibility, including leading small project teams, with professional guidance and development of consultants and interns
• Independent preparation and moderation of client meetings and workshops
• Building and maintaining robust client relationships up to the senior management level
• Expanding our consulting services, methods, and internal standards together with the founding team

What You Should Bring

• Excellent university degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) with a business administration or technical background
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a strategy consultancy, an internal consultancy, or a comparable role in a corporation or start-up
• Experience in independently managing project modules as well as initial experience in leading junior team members
• Structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with a confident demeanor towards senior stakeholders
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, as well as adaptability to different hierarchical levels
• Entrepreneurial motivation, not just to work in a consultancy, but to help build one
• Flexibility and willingness to travel depending on the project
