For the expansion of our IT Development Department, we are looking for a technically inclined person with curiosity, communication skills, and a desire to take on responsibility. You will work at the interface between technology, architecture, and consulting and receive the opportunity to develop long-term into a strategic role within our organization.

Your Tasks with Us

As Senior Consultant (all genders) | IT, you will work at the interface between technology, architecture, and consulting. Together with our customers and interdisciplinary teams, you will develop digital solutions with sustainable business value and shape the technological future of Ray Sono actively.

• You will work on modern software and architecture projects in various customer contexts and support the development of sustainable technical solutions.
• You will contribute to technical concepts, architectural decisions, and technology evaluations and bring your perspective into the selection of suitable technologies and platforms.
• You will shape modern development standards, platforms, and engineering practices actively and support their continuous further development.
• You will analyze new technologies and KI-based development opportunities and assess their potential for our customers as well as for our organization.
• You will support customer workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic alignments and develop suitable technological solution approaches together with our teams.
• You will advise our customers on technological and digital issues and support them in connecting technical possibilities with concrete business requirements.
• You will work closely with Development Leads, Architects, Sales, and Management and bring your ideas into the further development of our technology and service portfolio.
• In addition to your project work, you will have the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility for strategic technological topics. You will shape the technological orientation of Ray Sono actively and contribute to topics such as Technology Strategy, KI Enablement, technological consulting, market positioning, and the further development of our IT Development Organization.
