Tasks

Your tasks

In your role as (Senior) Consultant for our portfolio business area, you will work on central strategic questions for our clients and develop new perspectives on business models, products, and services. You connect market and trend analyses with user-centered approaches to develop robust concepts and clear strategic options. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines together and contribute to shaping future-oriented and scalable solutions for our clients.

• You analyze markets, competitors, target groups, and trends and evaluate potential and opportunity fields.
• You identify user needs, design relevant customer experiences, and develop matching products, services, and value propositions with concrete business impact.
• You develop company, market, portfolio, and product strategies for our clients.
• You develop future-proof business models, product, and service concepts and use common innovation methods (e.g. Design Thinking, Prototyping).
• You structure questions and define suitable analysis approaches and develop strategic options and recommendations and prepare them for presentation.
• You take responsibility for work packages or workstreams and drive topics independently and interdisciplinarily in the project team forward.

Qualification

What you bring

• A completed university degree is helpful, but much more important to us is relevant professional experience in the fields of innovation, trend management, business design, strategy, or a comparable role.
• You have experience in strategic analysis and in developing economically relevant opportunities, offers, and business models.
• You bring a very good understanding of user needs and relevant future developments.
• You are confident in handling common innovation and foresight methods and can structure complex questions.
• You work independently, take responsibility, and drive topics forward with a clear claim to quality and impact.
