Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in the multi-disciplinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including contract negotiation, project planning, budget management, and client communication. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously; - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards; - Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders; - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues; - Manage and resolve conflicts and disputes in a timely and professional manner; - Oversee the preparation of project reports and documentation; - Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion; - Provide guidance and support to junior team members; - Review and approve project-related documents and submissions; - Supervise and manage construction site personnel; - Track and analyze project progress and performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; - At least 5 years of experience in construction project management; - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; - Strong analytical and organizational abilities; - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
